The formula is a secret

In 2000, a new chemical spray for latent blood detection was invented called "Bluestar." Its formula is kept a secret by the company that makes it. I e-mailed the Bluestar company, and THE PRESIDENT WROTE ME BACK FROM EUROPE, which was really cool!!! He said that Bluestar is better than Luminol because its glow can be seen during the day and because the spray can be used for 4 hours after it is mixed, compared to 30 minutes for Luminol. I will test and see if this is really true!

This must have been a nasty crime!

Bluestar was invented for hunters to spray to track the blood from the animals they shot (bluh!). Then, someone got the GREAT idea to try it in police work. This is a photo from the Bluestar website of how bright their company says the glow looks. Is this really TRUE? Is Bluestar better than Luminol?

Time for the Great Crime Scene Showdown!
